    After completing the 3 sessions you will be armed with valuable information that will having you performing at your true potential, recovering without being sore/fatigued after longer sessions and blowing through what you once thought was your performance peak.

    We will discuss how to complete a Fluid Rate Loss Assessment so you can determine your required rate of fluid intake per hour for training and racing. We will provide the template and even complete the calculations for you, it is important that not only is your fuel is dialled in, but also your fluid intake, we want you to perform at your best! We will also discuss key information on recovery, the three phases: glycogen synthesis, protein synthesis and re-hydration, and the timing of nutrition in order for you to maximize your recovery and be ready for hard efforts the very next day.

    Each session will be hosted & led by Infinit Nutrition Canada's CEO, Darcy Haggith. Using the Zoom meeting platform, up to 20 participants will join in and receive valuable hydration and nutritional information that improve your performance and how you feel. Each session will have a 30 minute Power Point presentation, followed by 15-20 minutes of question and answers.
